About Avery

Avery, a Mississippi native, received her B.S. in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin, where she was a member of Big 12 Championship women’s soccer team in 2006. She then spent several years touring the world as the lead guitar player in a punk rock band.  She segued her music performance career into a music business career, working as a marketing manager for several major record labels in Los Angeles and New York. In 2013 they relocated to Tennessee where Avery received her MBA from Belmont University.

She currently holds a portfolio of 19 properties.  In 2017 Avery left her corporate marketing job to focus full time on real estate, and very quickly became one of the top agents in Tennessee, closing over 25 million dollars in volume her first full year.

A loving mother to her daughter, an avid ultra marathoner, reader, and rescue dog advocate, Avery has sold over $100 million in short term and vacation rental properties in her career.
