Catherine has deep roots in the Emerald Coast. Her family is known as the “fishing Andersons” and were among the very first to settle the area over 150 years ago. Born and raised in Panama City Beach, where you can get more paradise per dollar, she believes selling the Emerald Coast is a lifestyle and is truly blessed to be able to live it and love it every day. Catherine has one investment property and is very familiar with the ins and outs of rental investments. When Catherine isn’t selling paradise, you can find her running races, scuba diving, or spending time with her 3 pups on the beach.

Nap (Napoleon) has lived in the Emerald Coast area since 2004. He is a retired Navy Special Operations Master Chief with three children, ages 20, 9 and 6.
Retiring from the US Navy Dive School in Panama City after 24 years of Service in 2020, he currently owns and operates multiple properties locally in the Panhandle/Emerald Coast, and has owned properties nationally and internationally since 2004.
He is an STR/LTR/Commercial Investor and hard cash lender, and specializes in helping to connect you with your next STR investment so that you can have passive income and quit your W2 job!
He currently resides in Panama City Beach and covers the Forgotten Coast and the Emerald Coast area of Florida.
