Garrett was raised in North Carolina by a family of real estate professionals. He attended Appalachian State University, in the heart of the High Country, where he specializes in short term rental investment properties. He bought his first investment shortly after graduating in 2016. In addition to short term rentals, he has experience with residential flips and residential long term rentals. He’s passionate about helping others take their next step towards achieving financial freedom. If you can’t find him working, you’ll more than likely find him on a golf course, or fly fishing in the potential backyard of your next short term investment!
