January Johnson is a Panama City native, top-producing real estate agent, and one of the most experienced self-managing short term rental hosts on the Emerald Coast. After living in California and Texas for over three decades, she purchased her first vacation home sight-unseen in historic St. Andrews while still living in Houston—and hasn’t looked back since.
