A retired Navy Special Operations Master Chief, Nap has called this area home since 2004. After completing 24 years of military service, including a final tour at the U.S. Navy Dive School in Panama City, he transitioned into full-time real estate investing and now helps others pursue financial freedom through vacation rentals.

Nap personally owns and operates multiple short term rentals in the Florida Panhandle and has owned properties both nationally and internationally since 2004. In addition to being an experienced investor, he is also active in long term rental, commercial real estate, and private lending.
