Bryan Cataldi Returns: The Completion of a Multi Cabin Rehab Project
In this episode, we catch up with Brian Cataldi, who started his cabin rehab journey back in March 2022. What began as a run-down, seven-unit cabin development has now turned into something truly special. If you missed the first part of Brian’s story, make sure to check out our previous video where we introduced this exciting project.
Avery: Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of the Short-Term Show. We’ve got a super cool guest today, Adam Chowski… got it right, right?
Adam: You got it first time! I love it, awesome, thank you.
Avery: So sorry, uh, he’s done things a little bit differently—like, a little, I would say a little unconventional—in terms of, um… the way a lot of people on the podcast have done things. So, really cool guest, really excited to interview him. How’s it going, Adam?
Adam: It’s going great, Avery. Nice way to start the Monday. Get to talk, uh, real estate, especially with one of the GOATs, as I consider in the short-term market. So, yeah, it’s exciting to talk to you.
Avery: Well, thank you. Uh, well, thank you so much for coming on. And let’s start off by you just telling us and our listeners a little bit about yourself—where you came from, how you got started in real estate.
Adam: Sure. So, you know, like you said, my background is different. Did the old college thing, you know, baseball was my passion back then, and you know, that’s kind of where I wanted to go into after college. I worked in a few different capacities. I fortunately got in with, you know, Prof Prof team. I worked for the New York Yankees for about six years, and then, you know, you kind of have an epiphany. I turned 30, and, you know, just had a life change. You know, I realized I kind of wanted a little bit more in life. You know, I was missing family events, you know, financially, money wasn’t the best. So, you know, I’m looking for other ways to kind of grow and kind of get back some of my time. As much as I loved what I did, so that’s when I kind of started.
