Avery: cool all right so Bethany will you just kind of introduce yourself to our audience and give us an overview of what you do and all these different things that you do

Bethany: sure I’m happy to so I am a Securities lawyer so um that’s I’ve been practicing law for 24 years now and I what I always tell people because people are like what the hell is a Securities layer what even does that mean I help people practice safe SEC and that means that if um if you’re raising money from other people who are passive I help you stay compliant or if you’re not ready to practice safe SE I will help you abstain effectively because you really shouldn’t engage in SEC unless you are ready and with someone you like and Trust.

Avery: okay and her bio somewhere guys does say lawyers can be funny so all right so..

Bethany: leave that up to you whether or not that’s me

Avery: I thought it was funny so all right let’s let’s talk about um… now you made me laugh and I’ve lost my trade of thought um syndications so….
